Visited here for the first time. Fancied some chip shop style chips, so did a google search and came across this establishment and another which had similar high ratings. I chose this one and i’m very glad i did. The chips tasted authentic. They were delicious and the portion size was great. I ordered a battered sausage too which had a great ratio of batter to sausage. It was a bit too oily but the sausage was well seasoned; overall very nice. Would highly recommend this place and i’m looking forward to returning.

Went her on a Saturday night. Very glad I did. Me and the Mrs the best fish & chips, pie etc we’ve had for a long time.The chap serving even advised us (during the food prep) when to call a cab; so we didn’t end up standing about waiting. Best by far.

Amazing fish n chips! This was my first UK fish n chips experience after moving from New Zealand and maybe the Brits are right, the fish n chips here may be better. Had the chips, cod, onion rings, and pineapple ring. All were very good!

These are the BEST fish and chips in the whole of the UK and I've been to alot in the UK, actually there was one in Scotland that was close, but that's to far to go. Very clean and great service.

This has to be.one.of the best fish & chip shops in Bedford. I have had truly great fish & chips by the coast in Suffolk and Norfolk, especially in Aldeburgh,however right on my doorstep I have re-discovered Denmark St fish&chips. Service is friendly and outstanding and the battered cod is superb. Beats the chain shops hands down. Try it I am sure you will not be disappointed.
